Description: The project titled “Computer Training for Kirkuk Governorate Directorates” was a collaborative effort between Skills House and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The main objective of the project was to provide comprehensive computer training to 184 public sector employees working in various directorates within the Kirkuk Governorate. The training program aimed to enhance their digital skills and proficiency in key software applications commonly used in the workplace.
The training covered the following topics:
• Windows
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
Experienced trainers from Skills House facilitated the training sessions, ensuring a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience for the participants. The trainers provided step-by-step guidance, practical exercises, and real-life examples to ensure the participants grasp the concepts and gain practical skills.
By the end of the project, the goal was to equip the public sector employees in Kirkuk Governorate with valuable computer skills, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively in their respective roles. The project aimed to enhance their productivity, improve data management capabilities, and contribute to the overall digital transformation of the public sector in the region. This partnership between Skills House and the UNDP aimed to support capacity building efforts and promote sustainable development in Kirkuk Governorate.
