Dr Hanan Hamid received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Engineering from Mosul University, Mosul, Iraq, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. She also received Ph.D. degree in Communication Engineering from Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia, in 2015, with a focus on the polymer optical waveguides. Dr Hanan worked as a  Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Researcher at Griffith University. Furthermore, she was appointed as the Head of Scientific and Technical Services at SuperCool Group of Companies. Dr Hanan moved back to Iraq where she worked as a Lecturer at Nineveh University for one and a half years. She has been a member of Skills House family, as a Trainer, since March 2022.
