We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Instructor to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Instructor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and guidance to our trainees on the principles and practices of quality assurance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products or services meet the highest standards of quality, in line with industry norms and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective training program on quality assurance principles, objectives, and best practices.
• Educate trainees on the importance of setting and achieving quality assurance objectives in the production process.
• Giving examples to enhance trainees’ understanding of quality management systems and their implementation.
• Provide practical examples and case studies to illustrate the impact of quality assurance on product and service excellence.
• Teach trainees how to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process, emphasizing prevention over correction.
• Instruct on the adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and industry-specific guidelines to maintain compliance.
• Demonstrate techniques to minimize defects and errors in the production process through systematic quality control measures.
• Train trainees on strategies to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.
• Foster a culture of quality within the organization by promoting quality-conscious attitudes and behaviours among trainees.
• Monitor and assess the progress of trainees’ knowledge and application of quality assurance concepts and offer additional support as needed.

Requirements:

• The trainer must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive relevant experience and skills matching the training objectives. 
• The trainer must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as quality management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• The trainer must have excellent analytical and presentation skills with experience in developing curriculums and delivering training. 
• Have experience with organising and delivering or participating in training
• Certified trainer is an advantage.
